  5.     As a service to ARJ customers who want to register by credit card,
  6.     arrangements have been made with the Public Software Library (PSL) to
  7.     handle all credit card registrations.  PSL accepts Visa, MasterCard,
  8.     American Express, and Discover Card.
  9.  
  10.     Non-U.S. residents are encouraged to register by credit card.  In many
  11.     cases, paying by credit card will be easier than acquiring U.S. funds.
  12.  
  13.     PSL will take the order information and forward it to the ARJ author,
  14.     Robert K Jung, for processing and shipping.  For information about
  15.     dealer pricing, site licensing, shipping of product, returns, latest
  16.     version number or other technical information, please write to:
