  1. Use the MOVE command to transfer, or move, a file from one directory to
  2. another. The file is copied into the destination directory and then the 
  3. original file is deleted. Both the BBS's entry for the file, and the actual 
  4. file on disk, are moved to the appropriate directories.
  5.      Users with Sysop access can move any file. Otherwise, you can only move
  6. your own files (files you have uploaded) into directories that you have
  7. access to.
