  1. This bat file will start PC+ and automatically enter the dialing
  2. directory.  It does this by using KEY-FAKE.COM from PC Mag utilities 
  3. to invoke an  {ALT} {D}  to bring up the dialer once in terminal mode. 
  4. The command "pcplus/fnul" will start PC+ and enter terminal mode
  5. directly.  Make sure you have KEY-FAKE.COM in your PC+ directory
  6. or in your dos path.
