ProComm Plus Logimouse Menus - Adapted to Microsoft compatible

The actual programs are available on Exec-PC and other BBS's, but included in
this ARC file are:
PCPLUS.DEF ProComm Plus menu def. file, for 2 & 3 button mice
PCPLUS.MNU ProComm Plus menu from above .DEF file
PCPLUSMN.DOC This document
You can get a good idea of what does what by trying these out. You can also
modify the menus for YOUR version of ProComm, as the documentation is in the
".DEF" file.
If you like color, change the INVERSE to 23 in the menus, and the
BOLD to 14 for the main and protocol menus, and 23 for the dialing menu, in
ProComm Plus. It depends on your color scheme; I no longer remember what
default is! However, the colors mentioned with Plus do look good with the
default colors.
Mouse buttons are: Middle for appropriate menu, Left is Enter, Right is Escape. When in a Qedit option mode, these conveniently revert to Enter & Esc.
Chords are as follows:
All Buttons (at once) Brings up Lotus-style menu in ProComm Plus
(why you need it, with the mouse, I don't
know, but I included it anyway)
The ProComm Plus menu is a hog; it requires that you boot up (or invoke later
from a DOS prompt ONLY if you don't execute it in your AUTOEXEC.BAT file) with
MENU/7 rather than going with the default of 5K for menus. I think you will
agree that 2K is worth it. By the way, the ProComm 2.4.2 menu requires at
least MENU/6.
Enjoy. Any feedback to Martin Tohill, SYSOP2, on the Information Symposium.
