The source code files in this group are from Programmer's Journal, various
issues. They are drawn from Michael Abrash's series of articles on the EGA.

The first number is the issue of Volume 5 in which they appeared(e.g. "PJ2"
appeared in Volume 5.2).
They are provided for the convenience of readers who would prefer not to type
