  1. Welcome to one part of Flags of the World.  This set is divided into six
  2. separate sets of flags of the world.
  3.  
  4. The separate sets are:
  5. 1.  America--flags of the USA, Canada, Central and South America.
  6.     Also includes the flags of islands in the Caribbean Sea and the
  7.     Atlantic Ocean.
  8. 2.  Europe--flags of the countries of Europe, the USSR, and the Baltic
  9.     Republics.  New in this set (not included in the longer download) are
  10.     flags of Croatia and Serbia.
  11. 3.  Africa--flags of the countries in Africa.
  12. 4.  Asia--flags of the countries in Asia, including Japan and Taiwan.
  13. 5.  Pacific--flags of the islands in the Pacific Ocean including New
  14.     Zealand and Australia.
  15. 6.  Soviet--flags of the USSR, the Baltics, and each of the sovereign
  16.     republics making up the new USSR.

  18. These flags are usable in any DTP program that uses standard GS 640 mode
  19. graphics.  All of the flags use the standard GS palette, so they should
  20. work well in AppleWorks GS, Medley, HyperCard, HyperStudio, and Publish It!
  21. 3 or 4.

  23. Please also download my Flags of the USA.  It presently contains the flags
  24. of 15 states and the District of Columbia.  I will be completing the set, but
  25. whether I upload the rest of the set depends on response.  Users who pay for my
  26. flags of the world do not have to pay for any of my other flag sets.

  28. These flags, as well as my others, are SHAREWARE.  I only ask $1 per set of
  29. flags you download and can use.  Otherwise, destroy the downloaded files you
  30. do not pay for.  For convenience, I only ask $5 for the entire set of flags.
  31. That presently includes the World flags and 15 flags of the USA.  I will also
  32. be creating the flags of the Canadian provinces and the Australian states.
