* message "Adding Art" will be displayed and the program will begin *
* updating the art files for the game. The speed at which this is *
* completed is dependent on your hard drive speed. Interrupting this *

Microprose Installation Utility
The Microprose Installation Utility will install the game files
onto your hard drive. Dialog windows will appear to prompt you for
information during the installation process. Use the keyboard and
mouse to enter this information.
Each dialog window may have a number of options in it. The options
will appear in the form of PUSH buttons, RADIO buttons, CHECK boxes,
and TEXT boxes. PUSH buttons, when pressed (clicked on), cause the
action associated with that button to be performed immediately. RADIO
buttons are similar to old car radio buttons; they let you select one
of several possible options. Similarly, CHECK boxes are presented when
you can select more than one of the possible options. TEXT boxes appear
when it is necessary for you to type in some unique answer.
You can use the mouse to enter information by moving the arrow
pointer over the appropriate button and clicking the left mouse button.
This will activate the button that is underneath the arrow pointer.
The keyboard will also work to operate buttons that appear in a
dialog window. The [Tab] key causes the "focus box"--a thin black
outline box--to move between the different button types (fields).
The Arrow keys move the focus box between buttons within a particular
field. The [Enter] key activates the PUSH button which has the
focus box. The [Escape] key ([Esc]) always functions as a "cancel"
or "abort" button.
Use the alphanumeric keys (A-Z, 1-0, and punctuation) to enter text
in any TEXT boxes that appear. First, move the focus box to the TEXT
box as you would for any other box or button. Next, enter the relevant
text using the alphanumeric keys.
