Wayne Gretzky Hockey 3 Bug Fixes
Each newer version is inclusive of the fixes in the previous versions.
The following is a list by version of the bug fixes that have been made
to WGH3. If you find that these bugs have not been corrected please
leave message for Tech Support. If you have other bugs to report please
fill out the bug report questionaire and/or send a message.
VERSION 1.01
The following things should be fixed:
- any team name can be used for logos, not just the 24 NHL team names
- if playing on same team the 2nd player can now pass/shoot/demand puck
- visiting team player substitutions and print lines
- charging penalty is now called for the correct player
- change active goalie from timeout menu with <X> and <.> keys
- if you change scoreboard options from instant replay it will remain
that way for gameplay
VERSION 1.02
The following things should be fixed:
- goalie crouching in odd overtime periods (5,7,9,etc)
- player locator arrow for same team second player points to proper player
- same position option in coaches clipboard
- ten minute misconduct and two minute instigating
- falling controlled player on visiting team regains control
- adjusted computer player scoring
- adjusted total number of penalty calls and difference between refs
- coach's clipboard pass more/dump more check marks
- visiting team speed burst
- instant replay team colors for saved IR's
- CH Products FlightStick
VERSION 1.10
The following things should be fixed:
- Two-line pass faceoff spot
- CANADIEN.VOC sould be copied to WGH3\SOUND directory
VERSION 1.11 FILE W3V111.ZIP
The following things should be fixed:
- GLIGHT2 file error fixed on 3/4 rink
- same team option shuts off if not playing two player
- visiting team speed burst
- instant replay team colors for saved IR's
- CH Products FlightStick
- the <L> key will always pick someone on the visiting team
- the controlled player will not change because of the <F5> key
- turn off the announcer with the "no_announcer" argument
- manual-aim at the goal using the "manual_aim" argument
- auto-aim is more accurate for controlled players
- passing to computer players is picked up better
- falling controlled player on visiting team regains control 3/4 rink
