  1. Releasing your own set of monsters.

  3.   1.  You may draw your own set of monsters and release the monster file to online services or to your friends if you follow the following regulations:

  5.    a.  You must change all the monsters.  Don't just edit one monster and then release a new monster file and say that it is your work.  
  6.  
  7.    b.  You can NOT sell or take credit for Yipe! III as if it were your own if you draw monsters.  You only retain the right to your artwork, not the game as a whole.
