- Cauliflower-Broccoli Slaw

- 1 head cauliflower, cut in flowerettes, then finely chopped
- 1 head broccoli, cut in flowerettes, then finely chopped
- 1 medium onion, finely chopped
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/3 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 cup sugar

- Combine vegetables in either glass or plastic bowl. Set aside.
- Whisk together mayonnaise, vinegar, and sugar in small bowl.
- Pour over vegetables and fold gently. Cover and refrigerate
- overnight. Makes 8-10 servings. (I use half real mayonnaise
- and half Miracle Whip Light.)
