- IconExec allows you to access any CLI command through the
- WorkBench. Thus, any utility, game or and anything else
- that you were told had to be typed from CLI can be clicked
- on from WorkBench.
-
- To use IconExec:
-
- a) transfer IconExec to the disk you wish to use.
-
- b) make an Icon for the command you wish to run,
- BUT use a name different from the actual command (i.e.,
- if you wish to run "DPSlide" name the Icon "DPSlideWB.info").
-
- c) rename IconExec the same name as your icon (i.e.,
- "Rename df0:IconExec to df0:DPSlideWB").
-
- d) From WorkBench, click on the newly-renamed
- IconExec icon (in our example "DPSlideWB") and from
- the mainWorkBench Menu under Project, select "Info".
-
- e) On the line where it says "Tool-types" select to
- "Add" and then, on that line, type in the name of the
- original command you wished to run and whatever that
- command requires (for us, "DPSlide Show"). Press return,
- and then click "Save" to return to WorkBench.
-
- [If your command requires more lines, you can continue
- to click the "Add" gadget and input whatever you require.
- IconExec treats this as a batch file and will execute any
- number of commands.]
