The legend says that the legendary hero fought the demon itself; he was wielding Caliburnus, a magic sword, and was able to cut away the demon’s left horn, site of its power. Thus the demon was turned into a stone statue. The horn itself was lost. I fear that someone found it, and might be trying to revive the evil one. If that’s the case, the evil temple nested among the mountains to the east was probably re-opened”
