  11. The Beatles went through many developments as a song writing entity and
  12. broke new ground in their  production techniques during their recording
  13. sessions.. "Lucy in the Sky with Diamonds" is an acronym for L.S.D. but
  14. John Lennon was adamant that the lyrics were based on a painting by his
  15. son Julian who when  asked what his  painting  was called is reputed to
  16. have  said "Lucy in the Sky with Diamonds".. This version  here is only
  17. a simple rendition and, although a  reasonable likeness, its  devoid of
  18. the fairground  effects during  the "middle eight".. The  song has been
  19. converted to Korg i-Series song and Standard MIDI File (SMF) formats..

  21. The Music was sequenced on the Amiga platform using Music-X with custom
  22. ARexx macros and a  Korg i3 Interactive Music Workstation... No .PCG as
  23. General MIDI (GM) voices have been used from both the A and B Banks and
  24. the GM Std Kit #1..
