  11. "Strawberry Fields Forever" was  inspired  by a Salvation Army  Home in
  12. Liverpool  called  "Strawberry Fields"  which  John Lennon walked  past
  13. on his way to school... After recording this song  twice in the studio,
  14. once with a Melotron and once with Strings, John asked George Martin if
  15. he could  join part 1 from  the first  recording  with part 2  from the
  16. second recording; the rest his tape-splice history.. This song has been
  17. converted to Korg i-Series song and Standard MIDI File (SMF) formats..

  19. The Music was sequenced on the Amiga platform using Music-X with custom
  20. ARexx macros and a Korg i3 Interactive Music Workstation.. No .PCG file
  21. as General MIDI (GM) voices from both the A and B Banks have been used,
  22. 2 x Drum Kits are used on MIDI Channel 10 and MIDI Channel 11, as per
  23. Korg i-Series both are the GM Std Kit.. (The SMF is also GS compatible)
