  8. 05/29/94 - Program first distributed with CODE.EXE
  9.        NOTE: I do not wish to re-write code for Windows so WINCODE is
  10.          basicly just a shell to CODE.EXE, hence CODE.EXE and all
  11.          of it's files must not be deleted.
  12.        As of now WINCODE uses Microsoft PaintBrush (C:\WINDOWS\PBRUSH.EXE)
  13.         to display the .PCX files in the DataBase, this is due to that I
  14.         dont have a Visual Baisc PCX driver, so if anyone has a .VBX that
  15.         allows displying .PCX files, please let me know of it, I will also
  16.         credit you in the database for the help.
