  2.  Greetings Fellow South Park fan!  Thank you for downloading the 
  3.  South Park icon collection for Windows 95 (or NT).
  4.  
  5.  These icons are free, and shall always remain free.  If you don't 
  6.  know how to use them, I'm not going to help.  Your best bet is to
  7.  read the manual for Windows 95 if you haven't a clue what an icon
  8.  does or how to implement it.
  9.  
  10.  The included ICL file can be opened with Microangelo 2.1 (shareware)
  11.  (http://www.impactsoft.com/), or simply renamed to be a DLL file.  
  12.  All the individual icons are stored within it, so you're not missing 
  13.  out on anything big.

  15.  Each icon is 256 colors, so you should have the 'show icons using all
  16.  possible colors' option turned on (the Plus! tab in the Desktop 
  17.  Properties).  Of course, you'll need to have your color depth set at 
  18.  High or True color for that to happen.  If you don't have the Plus! 
  19.  tab, you can get it for free from http://www.microsoft.com/truetype/ 
  20.  (look for the free font smoother--it is included with it).  Or, you 
  21.  can download the aforementioned Microangelo 2.1 and it comes with a 
  22.  utility that'll increase your icon color depth, too.
