  2. 1st QuickRes Light 1.6: The License

  5. 1st QuickRes Light is FREEWARE that means you 
  6. can use it legally for free.
  7.  
  8. Green Parrots Software grants you a non-exclusive,
  9. non-transferable, royalty-free, copyright license
  10. subject to the terms of this Agreement. You may copy
  11. the software and materials associated with this
  12. agreement ("Materials") onto a single computer for your
  13. personal noncommercial use. You may not sell or
  14. transfer any part of the Materials to any other
  15. party. You will not reverse engineer, decompile,
  16. modify, or disassemble the Materials.

  18. OWNERSHIP AND COPYRIGHT OF MATERIALS: Title to the
  19. Materials and all copies thereof remains with
  20. Green Parrots Software or its suppliers. 
  21. The Materials are copyrighted and are protected
  22. by international laws and treaty provisions. You
  23. will not remove the copyright notice from
  24. the Materials. You agree to prevent any
  25. unauthorized copying of the Materials. Except
  26. as expressly provided herein, Green Parrots Software
  27. does not grant any express or implied right 
  28. to you under Green Parrots Software copyrights, 
  29. trademarks.

  31. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: THE MATERIALS ARE PROVIDED
  32. "AS IS" WITHOUT ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY
  33. OF ANY KIND INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY,
  34. NONINFRINGEMENT OF THIRD-PARTY INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY,
  35. OR FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE. IN NO EVENT
  36. SHALL GREEN PARROTS SOFTWARE OR ITS SUPPLIERS BE
  37. LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER (INCLUDING,
  38. WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS,
  39. BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, LOSS OF INFORMATION) ARISING
  40. OUT OF THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE MATERIALS,
  41. EVEN IF GREEN PARROTS SOFTWARE HAS BEEN ADVISED
  42. OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. BECAUSE SOME
  43. JURISDICTIONS PROHIBIT THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION
  44. OF LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES,
  45. THE ABOVE LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

  47. TERMINATION OF THIS LICENSE: Green Parrots Software
  48. may terminate this license at any time if you are
  49. reach of the terms of this Agreement. Upon
  50. termination, you will immediately destroy the Materials.

  52. ENTIRE AGREEMENT: This Agreement constitutes the
  53. entire agreement between the parties and supersedes
  54. any prior or contemporaneous oral or written agreements.
  55.  
  56. 1st QuickRes Light may be freely distributed subject to,
  57. but not limited to, the following terms: 
  58. 1st QuickRes Light may not be sold or resold, distributed
  59. as a part of any commercial package, used in a commercial
  60. environment, used or distributed in support of a commercial
  61. service, or used or distributed to support any kind of
  62. profit-generating activity, even if it is being distributed
  63. freely.

  65. If you would like to distribute 1st QuickRes Light as
  66. part of a shareware distribution, magazine, internet book,
  67. CD ROM, etc. contact us for written permission.

  69. All commercial use interests in 1st QuickRes Light should
  70. be directed to aqr_support@greenparrots.com
