  2. Upon your acceptance of this Agreement, Pitrinec Software (Author) grants to 
  3. you a nonexclusive license to use the KeyWords Seeker software (Software).
  4.  
  5. 1.Use of the Software.

  7. The Software has been released for distribution as a FREEWARE and may be 
  8. distributed at no cost. 
  9.  
  10. You may install the Software on a hard disk or other storage device; 
  11. install and use the Software on a file server for use on a network for 
  12. the purposes of (i) permanent installation onto hard disks or other 
  13. storage devices or (ii) use of the Software over such network; and make 
  14. backup copies of the Software.

  16. 2.Restrictions.

  18. You are not allowed to modify, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, 
  19. disassemble or otherwise attempt to discover the source code of the Software.

  21. The Software can be distributed only as the package provided by the Author.
  22. This package cannot be change in any way without written Author's permission.

  24. 3.No Warranty.

  26. ALL WARRANTIES ARE DISCLAIMED, WHETHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, IN THIS SOFTWARE. 
  27. THE ENTIRE RISK OF THE USE OR THE RESULT OF THE USE OF THIS SOFTWARE REMAINS 
  28. WITH THE USER.
