  9. MetroMon v1.01 is a metronome and instrument tuner that runs on Windows 3.x,
  10. Windows 95/98 and Windows NT computers.  It is intended to be an aid for musicians and contains following features:

  12.   both audio and visual metronome
  13.   instrument tuner (by keys, frequency or guitar strings)
  14.   uses the internal computer speaker, so there is no need for a sound card or MIDI device.
  15.   options include: frequency settings, speed, beats per measure.

  17. Written in Borland Delphi. This program is freeware.

  24. Simply unzip METROMON.ZIP and copy the files in a directory (e.g. C:\METROMON),
  25. then run METROMON.EXE.
