This program now compiles and links without complaint on the AMIGA.
However, it needs about 12K of initial stack space, so will bomb the
machine when run with the default of 4000 bytes. Is there anyway for
a program to request a given amount of stack space upon startup?
This situation, no automatic stack growth mechanism, and no documentation
on how to grow the stack explicitly, is inexcusable!
