  4. This copying license aplies to the following files:

  7.  CZSplit (.info)
  8.  CZLoad (.info)
  9.  CZBank (.info)
  10.  License (.info)

  12. Each file is © 1989 by:

  20. The files may be copied for any non-commercial purposes as long as the
  21. following conditions are meet:

  23.  - no part of the package has been changed or left out (specially the
  24.    "License"-file)
  25.  
  26.  - Media containing the package, or the package itself must not be sold.
  27.    This is valid for copying-fees which are charged for the copy process,
  28.    too. An exception is granted to Fred Fish (and all redistributors of his
  29.    ><>-Library) only to charge normal, reasonable copying-fees.
  30.    "Reasonable" is considered to be a maximum of DM 5,- in Deutschland
  31.    (Schweiz, Österreich), $7 in the USA, about 2x of disk medium costs in
  32.    other countries. Other legal restrictions ARE LEFT UNTOUCHED! THE
  33.    PACKAGE MUST NOT BE RIPPED OF THE ><>-DISKS WITHOUT WRITTEN EXPRESS
  34.    PERMISSION OF THE AUTHOR!

  36.  - Any party agrees to immediately destroy any copies of the package if the
  37.    author, Oliver Wagner, requests so.

  39. These rules are valid even when the package is included in PD-Libraries
  40. like the "Amiga Lib Disks", or ><>-disks. Any violation to this rules will
  41. result in legal action. Since I've got friends in many countries, no one
  42. should think he needn't mind this 'cause I'm sooo far away...

  44. Commercial distributors of freely distributable software who charge fees
  45. for copying disks MUST delete CZEd, and leave only this License-File on the
  46. disk.
