  1. I've included here three files for performing the batching of out-bound
  2. news.  This directory can be ignored if you're not going to be batching
  3. together news for another site, eg. you're not a "feed" site.

  5. The DoBatch.e file is an Execute script which calls DoBatch.e2; this
  6. second file processes each of the "togo" queues for individual systems,
  7. putting together all the articles that will fit into one batch (see the
  8. script for details on using the "batcher" program).  The defaults file
  9. for the "batcher" program is "NewsCtl:batch/batchparms".  See the C News
  10. documentation for details on file format.
