  15.      _P_o_s_t_n_e_w_s provides a simple interactive interface for posting
  16.      news.   It  prompts  the user for the _n_e_w_s_g_r_o_u_p if it is not
  17.      given as an argument (more than one group can be given, with
  18.      groups  separated by commas but no white space), prompts for
  19.      the article's subject, drops the user  into  his  choice  of
  20.      text  editor with a prototype article, checks (when the edi-
  21.      tor terminates) that the article has been edited reasonably,
  22.      and then posts it.

  24.      If the article has not been written out from the editor,  or
  25.      if  the  editing instructions in the prototype do not appear
  26.      to have been followed, _p_o_s_t_n_e_w_s  gives  the  user  a  choice
  27.      between abandoning the posting or re-editing it.

  29.      The ----hhhh option specifies that a suitable header  has  already
  30.      been  constructed  and  can be found in _h_e_a_d_e_r_f_i_l_e, in which
  31.      case _p_o_s_t_n_e_w_s bypasses the initial prompting for header con-
  32.      tents.
