  15. Freeware DICE dist 2.06.21 + DYNAMIC.LIBRARY (dynamic object module loading)
  16. support.  This package contains the freeware DICE dist with a new 
  17. storage qualifier, __dynamic,  to be used with dynamic.library also 
  18. included on the disk.  This is an experimental new system to provide
  19. run-time object module link/load capability to a program.
