  1. This is disk 674 of the freely distributable AMIGA software library.
  2. Below is a listing of the significant directories and their contents.

  5. Hextract    A complete header file reference.  Definitions, structures,
  6.         structure members and offsets, flag values, library contents,
  7.         function definitions, registers, library offsets, etc. The
  8.         data from a set of V1.3 Amiga and Lattice header files is
  9.         packed into the included file "headers.z" for immediate
  10.         reference by Hextract.  Version V1.1, freeware.  Includes
  11.         part source.

  14. IFFLib        An easy to use Amiga library which gives you some powerful
  15.         routines for dealing with IFF files, especially ILBM files
  16.         (pictures), ANIM files (animations), and 8SVX files (digi-
  17.         tized sounds).  It is written completely in assembler and
  18.         is just 3Kb.  Includes source and binaries for several
  19.         example programs that use the library.  This is version
  20.         22.2, an update to version 16.1 on disk 301.  Binary only.

  23. NewIFF        This is version 37.9 of new IFF code modules and examples for
  24.         use with the Release 2 iffparse.library.  This code release is
  25.         again 1.3 compatible (the 37.8 release was not).  This code is
  26.         intended to replace the 1985 EA IFF code modules, providing
  27.         significant enhancements including support for arbitrary dis-
  28.         play modes and overscan (2.0), clipboard load/save, central-
  29.         ized string handling (for ease of localization), and simpli-
  30.         fied subroutines for displaying, saving, and printing ILBMs.

  34. P-Writer    A text editor with special facilities for inserting text
  35.         color and style changes and for preparing illustrated texts
  36.         for P-Reader.  Version 3.3, an update to version 3.2 on disk
