  15.            AZ to everybody you know, but you must not receive money in

  18.    Since I do charge a distribution fee for distributing my disks, I cannot
  19.    include this material until this restriction is lifted or until the
  20.    author sends me a written exception to this policy with an explicit
  21.    request that the material be included.  After looking at it, I would
  22.    have included it but for this restriction.

  24. I called the author this morning and that's what he decided:
  25. he does not want to lift the restrictions, because
  26. there are many so-called "PD distributors" in France that charge
  27. scandalous rates for their disks.
  28. However, he gives you explicit authorization for including AZ in
  29. your disk library. (I realize this is not a "written agreement", but
  30. I hope you trust me).
  31. This is, please include in the doc, just after the part you quoted above,
  32. the two following lines:

  34.         Exception: I give the authorization to Fred Fish for including AZ in
  35.         his "Fish disks" library for distribution.
