  3.     This is MRBackup, a hard disk backup program for the Amiga.  You are
  4. authorized to use and redistribute MRBackup. MRBackup may not be sold for
  5. profit, though reasonable duplication and distribution fees ($5.00 or less)
  6. may be charged.

  8.     MRBackup  is a shareware product.  If you find MRBackup useful, a small
  9. contribution  would  be greatly appreciated ($5.00 is fine, $10.00 makes me
  10. smile  and  $20.00  inspires  me  to  add  features :-).  Your comments and
  11. suggestions are also enthusiastically welcomed.  Thanks.

  13.     Enclosed   with   MRBackup  is  a  copy  of  the  ARP  shared  library,
  14. arp.library.   MRBackup  depends upon this library for much of its support,
  15. including  the  file  requester,  filename  pattern  matching,  etc.  Other
  16. ARP-based  programs  will  share  the  code  in this library with MRBackup,
  17. reducing  memory  demands  on your system.  ARP (Amiga Resource Project) is
  18. the  creation  of  a  team  of  programmers  headed  by  Charlie  Heath  of
  19. MicroSmiths,  Inc.   and  is distributed by MicroSmiths.  Version 39.1 (1.3
  20. distribution)  is included in this release of MRBackup.  If you have a more
  21. recent version, you will want to modify the included Install script to omit
  22. copying arp.library from this distribution.

  24.     MRBackup  is  normally  distributed  as a Zoo archive.  You are free to
  25. redistribute  MRBackup  though  you  may only charge a nominal handling fee
  26. ($5.00  or  less)  for  doing  so.   I  have received many phone calls from
  27. confused users who were missing one or more files in the distributions they
  28. downloaded  from  BBS's,  commercial  information  systems,  etc.   If  you
  29. redistribute MRBackup, the distribution MUST include the following files:

  33.     MRBackup.TXT    - Document (COPY MRBackup.TXT to prt:)

  43. I  will  not  be held financially responsible for damages or mental anguish
  44. incurred  as a result of using MRBackup.  Use it carefully and it will most
  45. likely  serve you well.  Before committing all of your files to an MRBackup
  46. save  set, test drive it.  See how it works with your installation.  I know

  55. Though I do a certain amount of testing when adding new features, the tests
  56. are  not exhaustive due to time constraints (I have a "real" job and a life
  57. beyond  the Amiga - hard t' b'lieve!) and MRBackup's history includes a few
  58. dark  moments.  If you encounter problems, I am very responsive to feedback
  59. and will attempt to get an update to you promptly, when warranted. You can
  60. obtain the current version at any time by sending me a 3.5" diskette with a
  61. postage-paid, addressed return envelope or mailer or $2.00. If you want me
  62. to hold your request for the next update, specify this in your letter.
