  1. This material was submitted to me on disk directly by the author, Anders
  2. Bjerin, for inclusion in the library.  Thanks Anders!

  4. As received, the material used 3 disks.  I did not feel that it was
  5. reasonable to include it in this form, so I had the choice of rejecting it
  6. or distributing it in archived form.  The documentation included with it
  7. contained the phrase "the three disks may not be modified".  After some
  8. reflection I decided that the author's intent was that the material be
  9. distributed unmodified and in its entirety, and that the packaging was not
  10. the issue.  I sincerely hope Anders does not find this repackaging contrary
  11. to his wishes.

  13. I have provided a means to recreate copies of the original 3 disks via the
  14. "UnPack" script provided with this distribution.  This script will prompt
  15. for three blank disks, format each in turn, and then populate them with the
  16. files from the corresponding originals.  To run it from the CLI, just
  17. execute the command "execute UnPack".
