  4. I changed the names of the Toolmanager.readme and Toolmanager.doc files,
  5. and their associated icons, to ReadMe and Doc respectively.  Excessively
  6. long names tend to result in awkward spacing of the WorkBench icons.  My
  7. apologies to Stefan in advance...
