  30.      CPUClr is a small hack, inspired by CPUBlit,  that  replaces  the
  31.      BltClear()-Routine  of  the  "graphics.library"  with  a   highly
  32.      optimized 68020 (or higher) version.  This  gains  (in  a  simple
  33.      test) approx. 60% speed and should be even faster  on  an  A3000,
  34.      because the CPU works more efficient in 32-Bit ChipRAM.

  36.      This version is based on an ealier release of Oliver  Wagner  and
  37.      features some major improvements.

  39.      RELEASE     : This selfextracting archive  contains two binaries,
  40.                    the complete assembly-source, a  speedtest-tool and
  41.                    manuals in both german and english.
