  18. It's been quite a while, but BCBmusic3 is now a reality!  Actually
  19. the songs have been finished for quite some time, but I haven't
  20. had a chance to prepare them for distribution.
  21.  
  22. Reactance is one of my personal favorites, while I think Transition 
  23. is the nicest piece I've composed.  I try to write music that's
  24. different from all the billions of largely forgettable mod files
  25. out there.  I take time to develop melodies and harmony in my songs.
  26.  
  27. I really appreciate the number of letters and email (and even some
  28. donations!) I have received since BCBmusic2 was released over a year
  29. ago.  Your support has encouraged me to create BCBmusic3!  I hope
  30. there will be a BCBmusic4 in the near future, but YOU can help
  31. me decide.

  33. You can find the original BCBmusic on Fred Fish disk #428, and 
  34. BCBmusic2 on Fred Fish #538.  They are also making the rounds on
  35. many fine BBS's and online services around the world.

  64. They are not public domain!

  66. Any use of them in commercial, shareware, or public domain programs
  67. is expressly prohibited, not to mention illegal. 
  68. This includes demos, games, disk magazines, etc.

  70. The recording of my music into another medium such as audio cassettes,
  71. DAT, or digitally sampling them into other computers and synthesizers
  72. is STRONGLY discouraged. Why? Because it violates copyright laws!

  75. pleasure should contact me for written permission.

  77. I've put a lot of work into these songs and wish to make them
  78. available for others to enjoy. Do not make me regret releasing them.
