  8. An enhancement to IPrefs that provides three new preferences to
  9. Workbench 2.x users:\n
  10. WBPicture allows you to display any IFF picture in the main
  11. Workbench window, supplanting the original WBPattern.\n
  12. BusyPointer lets you edit the clock pointer used by programs
  13. when they are busy. You may create an animated pointer.\n
  14. Floppy provides the ability to mess with the public fields of
  15. trackdisk.device, that is, the TDPF_NOCLICK flag, step delay and
  16. the like.
