  22.     Decided it was less confusing to give the entire package a version
  23.     number, rather than each piece.  Thus, destage 1.2 and restage 1.2
  24.     are here even though destage did not change.  At least, the source
  25.     did not change - the size did due to the new compile option above.

  27.     Fixed an oversight (bug) which limited the size of a binary stage
  28.     which could be generated by restage to 100000 bytes.  Stages are
  29.     now written directly to disk, and the sizes updated using fseek.

  31.     Arbitrarily decided to remove the sample ARexx scripts.  While I
  32.     appreciated the effort which went into writing them, they didn't
  33.     handle the complete ISL syntax and I didn't want to put the effort
  34.     into learning ARexx well enough to fix them.  Perhaps I'll bring
  35.     them back in an enhanced form someday.
