  6.             Wetlands Update to v1.1

  8.     This update will increase the time allotment from 5 minutes to 
  9.     7 minutes in the Oxygen Facility. 
  10.  
  11.  Note  - This file refers to the game being installed to your C: drive.
  12.      If you installed the game to another drive, please make the
  13.      appropriate substitution of the drive letter.
  14.

  16.       If you downloaded this update and run DOS, simply copy the 
  17.       Wetlands.exe file to your C:\Wetlands file and run the game as
  18.       described in the 'From DOS' section.  If you run Win95, copy the
  19.       wetlands icon that extracted from the archive, into your Wetlands
  20.       folder, and make the necessary changes as described in the 
  21.       'From Win95' section.

  25. From DOS - Make sure you are in your C:\WETLANDS directory by typing
  26.

  28.         CD\WETLANDS

  30.        now, to copy the update, type in
  31.         
  32.             COPY A:.

  34.        this should copy a couple files and when done, give you
  35.        a C:\WETLANDS prompt.  Your Wetlands is updated to v1.1.  
  36.            Use command line option /moretime to increase clock from
  37.            5 min. to 7 min. in the Oxygen Facility when you run the 
  38.            game.

  40.            example:  C:\WETLANDS>wetlands /moretime

  42.   From 
  43.   Win95 - Simply double-click on 'My Computer', then your C: drive.  
  44.       You should notice the contents of your C: drive comes up in
  45.       a window and a Wetlands folder appears.  Now click again on 
  46.       'My Computer', then your A: drive.  Once the contents of your
  47.       A: drive comes up, simply click and drag the Wetlands icon
  48.       from the A: drive to the Wetlands folder on your C: drive. 
  49.       Windows should give you a message about overwriting an 
  50.       existing file; hit 'Y' for yes.  Wetlands is now updated.
  51.     
  52.       However, in order for the more time to be active, you must
  53.       modify the Properties for Wetlands.  To do this, open up the
  54.       Wetlands folder, find the icon that says 'Wetlands' and 
  55.       looks like a white box with a blue bar on top (its the 
  56.       standard Windows .EXE file icon).  Right-click on this icon,
  57.       and choose 'Properties' from the menu that appears.  Click on
  58.       the 'Program' tab at the top.  In the command line box that 
  59.       has 
  60.         C:\WETLANDS\WETLANDS.EXE

  62.       you need to add the switch /moretime so it looks like
  63.     
  64.         C:\WETLANDS\WETLANDS.EXE /moretime
  65.  
  66.       Once this is modified, click on 'Apply', then 'Ok'.  From now
  67.       on, when you run the game from Win95, you will have 7 mins. 
  68.           at the Oxygen Facility.
