  13. Atlantis 2.0 needs the following files:

  41. Atlantis 2.0 requires Microsoft Windows 3.1 or above, the System Monitor 
  42. requires the Enhanced Mode of Microsoft Windows 3.1 or above.
  43. Please use the file SETUP.EXE to install Atlantis 2.0 on your system.

  46. 2. Network
  47. ----------
  48. If you want to use Atlantis in a network and install it only to
  49. the server, please follow these steps:
  50.  
  51. - Install Atlantis to a directory on a hard disk of the server.
  52.  
  53. - In this directory, you will find a file titled ATLANTIS.INI.
  54. You have to copy this file to the Windows directories of the
  55. workstations.
  56.  
  57. - Setup copies the file TSS4D.DLL to the Windows System directory
  58. of the computer where you run SETUP.EXE. You also have to copy this 
  59. file to the Windows System directories of the workstations.
  60.  
  61. Atlantis 2.0, once started, will create the following files in the
  62. Windows Directory of the workstation.

  64.   - ATLANTIS.INI    
  65.   - ATLANTIS.CFG    Configuration file and main desktop
  66.   - ATLFLDR.xxx        Folder file number xxx

  68.  
  69. 3. New in Version 2.0
  70. ---------------------
  71. - Folders
  72. It is now possible to create a folder in a register that itself can
  73. contain further registers and folders.
  74.  
  75. - Desktop Registers
  76. All registers in the main window of "Atlantis" have the option 
  77. "Hide Objects on Deactivation". This enables you to use any register 
  78. just like a separate desktop, because the register hides its objects 
  79. when it is deactivated and shows them when it is activated.

  81. - Cross Connections
  82. Cross connected objects always have the same properties.
  83.  
  84. - System Information
  85. "Atlantis" shows you some information about your system in the 
  86. "Info" dialog box.
  87.  
  88. - Colors
  89. It is possible to choose the colors of the registers freely.
  90.  
  91. - Password Protection for Import/Run
  92. It is now possible to password protect the dialog boxes 
  93. "Import" and "Run".
  94.  
  95. - Password Options
  96. You can tell "Atlantis" when it should ask or should not ask passwords.
  97.  
  98. -Enhanced Status Bar
  99. The new status bar shows you the current time and your free system 
  100. resources.
  101.  
  102. - Enhanced Task List
  103. A new Task List was necessary because of the Desktop Registers.
  104.  
  105. - Enhanced Quick-Task
  106. The new Quick-Task offers more possibilities and options to change.
  107.  
  108. - Menu Manager
  109. Menu Manager enables you to configure the right and middle mouse 
  110. button for your applications.
  111. You can access any menu or menu command at any time.
  112.  
  113. - System Monitor
  114. System Monitor checks your memory and resources and warns you if a 
  115. certain threshold is exceeded.
  116. You can change its settings by clicking into System Monitor with the 
  117. right mouse button.
  118.  
  119. - Alphabetic Object Sort
  120. The objects of a register can be arranged in alphabetic order.
  121.  
  122. - Start Applications with Parameters
  123. "Atlantis" will ask you for parameters if you open an object while 
  124. you keep the Ctrl key pressed.
