  23.       use of GoCIS.  This information applies to individual users who
  24.       wish to pass copies out to friends and associates.

  28.       refer to the VENDOR.TXT file for complete information relating to

  44.       United States Copyright law and also by International Treaty
  45.       provisions.  Any use of this software in violation of Copyright
  46.       law or the terms of this limited license will be prosecuted to
  47.       the best of our ability.  The conditions under which you may copy
  48.       this software and documentation are clearly outlined below under
  49.       "Distribution Restrictions".

  75.       As the copyright holder for GoCIS, Logix Systems
  76.       authorizes distribution by individuals only in accordance with the
  77.       following restrictions.

  88.       Individuals are hereby granted permission by Logix Systems
  89.       to copy the LiteComm diskette for their own use (for evaluation
  90.       purposes) or for other individuals to evaluate, ONLY when the
  91.       following conditions are met.

  93.              The GoCIS package - including all related program files and
  94.              documentation files - CANNOT be modified in any way and
  95.              must be distributed as a complete package, without
  96.              exception.

  98.              No price or other compensation may be charged for the
  99.              GoCIS package.  A distribution cost may be charged for
  100.              the cost of the diskette, shipping and handling, as long
  101.              as the total (per disk) does not exceed US$8.00 in the
  102.              U.S. and Canada, or US$12.00 internationally.

  104.              The GoCIS package CANNOT be sold as part of some other
  105.              inclusive package.  Nor can it be included in any
  106.              commercial software packaging offer, except as provided
  107.              for in this agreement.

  109.              Licensee may incorporate portions of LiteComm into
  110.              applications that he develops for his own use. The
  111.              licensee may not distribute such applications unless the
  112.              registration fee is paid. Payment of the registration fee
  113.              entitles licensee to distribute such applications without
  114.              payment of additional licensing fees of any kind.  Under
  115.              no circumstances can the licensee distribute in either
  116.              object form or source code form the LiteComm product
  117.              itself.

  120.              The PRINTED User's Guide may not be reproduced in whole
  121.              or in part, using any means, without the written
  122.              permission of Logix Systems.  In other words, the
  123.              disk-based documentation may not be distributed in PRINTED
  124.              (hardcopy) form.

  127.              The GoCIS package cannot be "rented" or "leased" to
  128.              others.

  130.              Licensee shall not use, copy, rent, lease, sell, modify,
  131.              decompile, disassemble, otherwise reverse engineer, or
  132.              transfer the licensed program except as provided in this
  133.              agreement.  Any such unauthorized use shall result in
  134.              immediate and automatic termination of this license.

  137.              U.S. Government Information:  Use, duplication, or
  138.              disclosure by the U.S. Government of the computer
  139.              software and documentation in this package shall be
  140.              subject to the restricted rights applicable to commercial
  141.              computer software as set forth in subdivision (b)(3)(ii)
  142.              of the Rights in Technical Data and Computer Software
  143.              clause at 252.227-7013 (DFARS 52.227-7013).
