  1. Always check the WINSHARE forum on CompuServe for 
  2. the LATEST version of Trakker!

  4. Just Go WINSHARE, Thene search on the word TRAKKER!
  5.  
  6. If you are upgrading from a previous version of Trakker
  7. You might want to back up your original TRAKKER.INI.

  15. If you have tried to install TRAKKER and
  16. the installation fails follow the instructions
  17. below:
  18.  
  19. 1. Press the Continue button.
  20. 2. At this point the installation process will begin.
  21. 3. Press the Cancel button to stop installation,
  22.    and go to DOS (or complete in File Manager)
  23. 4. Make a directory called TRAKKER2, then sub-direc-
  24.    tories off of that called DATABASE, DOWNLOAD,
  25.    and ICONS.
  26. 5. COPY TRAKKER.EXE into TRAKKER2 directory.
  27. 6. Future Database Files for each Compuserve
  28.    forum will be placed in \DATABASE.
  29. 7. When downloading files use the \DOWNLOAD dir.
  30. 8. Copy Icon files to TRAKKER2\ICONS sub-directory.
  31. 9. COPY ALL OTHER FILES WITH HLP,VBX,DLL, or INI
  32.    extentions to the WINDOWS directory.
  33. 10.Install TRAKKER.EXE into whatever program group
  34.    in the Program Manager you wish.
  35. 11.Run Trakker!
