  14.    To install EDGE Diagrammer:

  16.    1)  Unzip the .ZIP file into a new directory of its own using "PKUNZIP".
  17.        (You've already done this.)

  19.    2)  Go to Windows.  Run the SETUP.EXE file that is in this directory from 
  20.        the Windows Program Manager or File Manager.

  22.    3)  Follow set-up instructions as they are presented to you.
