  10. This product will run under Windows 3.x, but must be manually
  11. decompressed.  Just don't let any files with the extention 
  12. ".DLL" be placed in the C:\windows directory.  If these newer
  13. DLLs replace the old Windows 3.x files, you will have big problems.
