  7.  This is the name of the user to whom you are assigning permissions.  It 
  8.  can be up to 10 characters long.  The user name you assign must be unique.

  11.  This is the password that will be associated with the user name you just 
  12.  entered.  As you type, asterisks will appear.  You must enter the password 
  13.  twice to ensure that there are no unwitting mistakes.  The password can be
