  1. Dear Customer,

  3. Thank you for purchasing PC Globe 3.0.
  4.  
  5. We are pleased to announce that you may also run PC Globe 3.0
  6. on a "hybrid" disk system with one 5 1/4" drive and one 3 1/2"
  7. drive (and no hard disk).  To do so, your files must be configured
  8. as follows:
  9.  
  10. - Disk #1 should be a 5 1/4" disk and should contain the following
  11.   files: PCGCGA.COM
  12.          PCGCGA6.COM
  13.          PCGEGA.COM
  14.          PCGHERC2.COM
  15.          PCGPCOL.COM
  16.          PCGPHP.COM
  17.          PCGPPRO.COM
  18.          PCGVGA.COM
  19.          FILLCOLO.DAT
  20.          INSTALL.EXE
  21.          PCGLOBE.EXE
  22.  
  23. - Disk #2 should be a 5 1/4" disk and should contain the following
  24.   files: MENU.DAT
  25.          NAMES.DAT
  26.          TEXTMENU.DAT
  27.          WORLD.VEC
  28.  
  29. - Disk #3 should be a 5 1/4" disk and should contain the following
  30.   files: DATABASE.DAT
  31.          HELP.DAT
  32.          FEATURES.VEC
  33.  
  34. - Disk #4 should be a 3 1/2" disk and should contain the following
  35.   files: COUNTRY1.DAT
  36.          COUNTRY2.DAT
  37.  
  38. After you have configured your disks as described above, insert Disk #1
  39. in drive A or B and type:
  40.  
  41.    a:        <enter>
  42.    install   <enter>
  43.  
  44.         or
  45.  
  46.    b:        <enter>
  47.    install   <enter>
  48.  
  49.         (whichever is appropriate).
