  92.           This part of the Working Implementation Agreements was prepared
  93.           by the Message Handling Systems Special Interest Group (X.400
  94.           SIG) of the  Open Systems  Environment Implementors' Workshop
  95.           (OIW).  See Part 1 - Workshop Policies and Procedures in the
  96.           "Draft Working Implementation Agreements Document" for the
  97.           workshop charter.

  99.           Text in this part has been approved by the Plenary of the
  100.           Workshop. This part replaces the previously existing  part on
  101.           this subject.  As agreed at the Editors' Meeting during the March
  102.           '92 Workshop, since there were no changes to this text as
  103.           previously given, the part will not be reprinted for the Working
  104.           Document.  Please refer to the Working Document which was issued
  105.           on March 9, 1992.
