  21. Hi All,

  23.   At the recent Forum General Meeting I announced the re-commencement of work
  24. on the TRM-BM (Transmission Resource Management - Bandwidth Management)
  25. Ensemble.  For those of you who were't there, this Ensemble was started a year
  26. or so ago but has been dormant since February.  It is our intention to pick up
  27. the leadership of the project and complete the work.  I have submitted an
  28. updated version of the Ensemble summary to the bulletin board.
  29.   Anybody who is interested in participating, either in an active or reviewing
  30. role is welcome to become involved.  Have a look at the summary,  if you are
  31. interested respond back to me via e-mail or by phone (613) 591-3600.  I am
  32. organizing a teleconference for next week.
