  9. CD Tray is the sole property of JenJen Software.  The shareware version may
  10. be freely copied and transferred to individual parties for evaluation
  11. purposes.  It may be posted on Bulletin Board systems (BBS) for electronic
  12. access as long as NO FEE is charged for its distribution except for private
  13. BBS operations that charge a regular user subscription fee.

  15. CD Tray may NOT be distributed on diskette by any disk distributor/vendor
  16. that charges more than $10.00 for the diskette upon which the program and
  17. attendant files are recorded without written consent from JenJen Software.
  18. Vendors should stress the Shareware concept.

  20. CD Tray is a Shareware product.  Shareware is a computer program
  21. distribution/marketing method that permits potential buyers to try
  22. the program prior to purchase.  It is NOT free and it is NOT in the
  23. Public Domain.  You are given the right to use this program for a period
  24. of not more than 2 weeks.  If, after evaluating the program, you find it 
  25. to be useful enough to use it on a regular basis, you are expected to pay 
  26. for it by registering with JenJen Software.
