  5. By unzipping WINWAV.ZIP, you should now have WINWAV.EXE, WINWAV.HLP,
  6. WWHOOK.DLL, and this file (README.TXT).

  8. In short, WinWav is a Windows 3.1 program that lets you attach sounds
  9. to ANY Microsoft Windows application.  For further details and how to
  10. use WinWav, see the online help in WINWAV.HLP (WinHelp format).  To
  11. start WinWav, simply keep WINWAV.EXE WWHOOL.DLL and WINWAV.HLP in the
  12. same directory and launch WINWAV.EXE from the Program Manager or File
  13. Manager.
