- IconMerger will create any type of icon with any highlighting desired,
- including an alternate image, from brush files. A gadget is provided to see
- what the icon will look like before writing it to disk.
- There are a couple of quirks that prevent a totally accurate picture of
- the icon in all highlighting modes. With GADGHBOX selected, the program
- gadget displays a box around the gadget's front image, while the system just
- complements the bits of the icon's front image. The program gadget does not
- toggle as an icon would, but the flags are set to RELVERIFY | GADGIMMEDIATE,
- and the system does toggle the icons created with this program.
- About the Project Menu:
-
- 'New' clears the current images from memory and frees any memory
- allocated to 'Other' disk objects loaded via 'Type'. An auto-requester is
- used for confimation before continuing with this option.
- 'Type' can be either tool, project or any other type loaded via 'Other'.
- 'Tool' sets the icon type to WBTOOL.
- 'Project' sets the icon type to WBPROJECT and opens a window to
- customize the default tool and one tooltype.
- 'Other' loads any other disk object via its .info file (do not use the
- .info tag when entering a name into the file requester), and replaces the
- diskobject's gadget rendering with the images currently shown.
- 'Load' loads any iff.brush file into either front or back image of the
- programs gadget and diskobject structures.
- 'Save' saves the current configuration into a .info file (do not use the
- .info tag when entering a name into the file requester).
- 'Quit' exits with an auto-requester for confirmation.
-
- About the Highlighting Menu:
- 'GADGHIMAGE' uses an alternate image, if present, for highlighting.
- 'GADGHCOMP' complements all the the bits in the front image.
- 'GADGHBOX' shows a box around the front image, but actually
- complements the non-background bits of the front image.
- 'GADGHNONE' uses no highlighting.
