  1. For those that are curious, my standard Distribution file contains the
  2. following:

  4.     (5)    The materials were submitted to me directly by the author
  5.         with a request to consider them for inclusion in the library.
  6.         This is the ONLY way shareware is included on any disk after
  7.         disk 90.
  8.  
  9. The intent of this statement is to avoid including shareware programs that
  10. the author might not wish to have included in the library, since he may wish
  11. to exercise some control over its redistribution.  Some people have
  12. interpreted it to mean that I have taken a position against shareware.  This
  13. is not true.  I still strongly encourage any shareware authors wishing to
  14. see their material included in the library to send me a copy directly.  This
  15. is the best way for both of us.  However, the following statement from the
  16. READ.ME file included with AmiGantt grants explicit permission to include
  17. this material, which overrides my shareware clause above:

  19.     Permission is also granted to Fred Fish to include this version of
  20.     the software in his Fish Disks collection.
