  1. This is relaynews, the heart of C News:  article filing.

  3. If you're starting here, you are in the wrong place:  go to ../conf and

  12. altctl    alternative, not recommended, versions of rmgroup and sendgroups
  13. sh    shell files, including inews and its flunkies
  14. regress    regression-test facilities for relaynews
  15.  
  16. ihave.not.c is an alternate version of ihave.c for sites that specifically
  17. wish to disable ihave/sendme (typically because of foolishness like
  18. proprietary newsgroups).
