  5.      ToolManager 1.3 is a full featured program to add programs (either
  6. WorkBench or CLI) to the tools menu of the 2.x WorkBench.  Programs
  7. can be added by dragging their icons onto the ToolManager "config" window
  8. or the optional ToolManager icon or by editing the config file.

  10.      ToolManager can be run from WBStartup, its icon or from the shell (e.g.,
  11. user-startup).
