  1. This is disk 496 of the freely distributable AMIGA software library.
  2. Below is a listing of the significant directories and their contents.

  5. AvailMem    A small free memory counter that continuously displays the
  6.         amount of (and size of the largest block of) free chip,
  7.         fast, and total memory in bytes (as opposed to K).  This
  8.         is version 1.12, a Workbench 2.0-compatible upgrade to
  9.         version 1.03 on disk 285.  Includes source.

  12. DU        A Workbench 2.0-aware DU program.  Unlike other Amiga DU
  13.         programs, it will skip over links to files and links to
  14.         directories.  Not only does this give a more accurate
  15.         representation of how much space the contents of a
  16.         particular directory are taking up, it also prevents
  17.         infinite loops when a directory has a link to one of it's
  18.         ancestors.  Version 1.02, includes source.

  21. GodsDemo    Playable demo of a very popular European game.

  24. MemMometer    A program that opens a narrow window and graphically
  25.         both displays your memory usage like a gauge, and also
  26.         detects changes in regions of memory over time.  Detected
  27.         changes are catagorized and displayed using color coded
  28.         bands.  This is version 2.20, an update to version 2.10
  29.         on disk 350.  It accomodates AmigaDOS 2.0 and the Amiga
  30.         3000 32-bit memory addresses.  Includes source.

  33. Ruler        Ruler is a small tool used in the measurement and con-
  34.         strainment of text.  Originally conceived as a tool for
  35.         insuring that filenames didn't exceed the Amiga's 30
  36.         character limit, it is nevertheless useful in any sit-
  37.         uation when the number of characters in a line of text
  38.         needs to be counted.  Version 5.00, includes source.
